Data Deletion

Last updated: June 22, 2026

You can have the data Attribura holds about you deleted at any time. This page explains how to request it, what we delete, and how long it takes. For how we handle data in general, see our Privacy Policy.

If you have an Attribura account

You have two ways to remove your data:

  • Disconnect an integration — in Settings → Integrations, disconnecting a source (YouTube, Instagram, App Store Connect, Superwall, Stripe, Shopify) stops all syncing and revokes the stored access token for that source.
  • Delete your account — email privacy@uncondetional.comfrom the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will permanently delete your data.

If you commented on a connected account (Instagram / YouTube)

If you are not an Attribura customer but interacted with content connected to Attribura — for example, you commented on a post — we may hold your public comment and username on behalf of the account owner. To have it removed, email privacy@uncondetional.com with the platform (Instagram or YouTube), your username/handle, and a link to the post or comment if you have one. We will delete the records we hold about you.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and sign-in identifiers, and all active sessions.
  • Connected-integration credentials (OAuth tokens / API keys), which are also revoked.
  • Imported content: posts, per-post statistics, and comments synced from your connected accounts.
  • Attribution data: tracking links, click events, conversions, and revenue records tied to your account.
  • Records of any automated replies sent on your behalf.

We may retain aggregated, non-identifying analytics, and any records we are required to keep by law.

How long it takes

We confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them, and usually much sooner. We will email you to confirm once it is done.
