Terms of Service

Attribura connects to accounts you own — social platforms, an app store account, a payment processor — reads what you have published and what it earned, and reports how the two relate. It also stores the content you are preparing, and can publish that content to the social accounts you connect.

The service is provided as-is and evolves. Features may be added, changed or removed. We will not remove a feature you depend on without notice where we reasonably can avoid it.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your credentials and any API tokens you generate secure. Tell us at privacy@uncondetional.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to act for. Connecting someone else's account without their permission is a breach of these terms and, in most cases, of that platform's terms too.

When you connect a social account and ask Attribura to publish something, you instruct us to send that content to that platform through its official API, using the access you granted. We publish what you queue, to the accounts you choose, at the time you choose. We do not publish anything you have not asked for, and we do not post on accounts you have not connected.

You remain the author and the publisher of everything you send. You are responsible for the content itself — that you hold the rights to it, including to any music, footage or likeness in it, and that it complies with the rules of the platform receiving it, including its community guidelines and its policies on advertising, disclosure and branded content.

A platform may refuse, delay, restrict or remove a post for its own reasons, and may change what its API allows at any time. We report what the platform tells us. We cannot guarantee that a post will go out, stay up, or reach anyone.

You can disconnect an account at any time. Doing so stops any further publishing to it. It does not delete posts already published — those live on the platform, and you remove them there.

Your content is yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to run the service for you: to store your content, to process it so it can be displayed to you, and to transmit it to the platforms you explicitly choose. We do not use your content to advertise, and we do not sell it.

You agree not to use Attribura to:

• post content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• spam — including posting repetitive or automated content in a way that breaks the receiving platform's rules;
• impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent who is behind a post;
• circumvent a platform's limits, review processes or access controls;
• attempt to access another customer's data, or to disrupt or overload the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and must do so where a platform requires it.

Attribura is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube, Apple, or any other platform it connects to. Their names and marks belong to them.

Your use of each platform stays governed by that platform's own terms. Where a platform's terms conflict with something the service lets you do, the platform's terms win. Platform access can be changed, limited or withdrawn by the platform at any time, which may remove a feature here with no notice we could have given.

Paid plans, where offered, are described at the point of purchase. Prices may change with notice, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for. Taxes may apply depending on where you are.

We aim to keep the service running and the data accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Numbers reported here are derived from what platforms and stores report to us; where their data is delayed, withheld or restated, ours follows.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss caused by a third-party platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time — see the data deletion page. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or where we have to for legal or platform-compliance reasons. Deleting your account removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top always says when. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect where we reasonably can. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by French law, and the courts of France have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer protection you have where you live.
