publish_creativewritePost a reel to one or more connected accounts through the platform itself. Name them by qualified handle (tiktok:@tallytape), by bare handle, by platform, or by id. The landed post is linked to its creative automatically. TikTok also needs the creator's own choices — a privacy level they picked, never a default.
